·The hardness for 46Cr13 ring die is 52-56, and difference between each part is less than 2.

·After heating(under 1050℃) and refrigeration and quenching, the pellet ring die comes into some deformation infinitesimally, 0.3-1mm, and after being processed by grinder, the deformation can decrease to 0.05-0.15mm.

·Service Time: 600-1000Hours

Product Features

Livestock Feed Ring Die can process high-adhesive raw materials such as corn and soybean meal, and can also process crude fiber materials such as rice husks and straw (process parameters need to be adjusted).

By adjusting the ring die aperture, compression ratio and moisture content, the pellet specifications of different animal feeds such as pigs, cattle and livestock can be adapted.

Our own vacuum tempering furnace includes the latest technology. Livestock feed ring dies tempering quality is continuously sensed on-line. This allows for on-line tempering adjustments as required resulting in superior quality Ring Dies and optimum operational life for specific Die hole configurations. The furnace is suitable for dies up to 1.5 mm.
